This all started with owning an Auto Repair ourselves. We opened from scratch grew as we can , as new business owners we tried to promote the best prices to get people in the door using the lowest cost parts and cutting our labor shy. It didn't work, we tried advertising and it didn't work, we tried everything. Just like anyone in a new field we knew how to do it but we didn't know what we were doing at the same time. We knew the ins and out of fixing cars but advertising and running a business was a new challenge . We paid a lot of money for advertising with the wrong company, we wasted a lot of money and time for no results. We then went into high gear to research on how to market in the correct avenues for auto repair growth. Over time we grew and continued to work on our business model and we perfected our craft in both Running a successful auto repair and digital marketing. By us learning the hard way wasting money and time led us to create a new machine that delivers! As time went on we could not keep up with the amount of work we had, I always said we deny enough work to start another auto repair with those clients alone. After time went on I went and sold my services to other auto repairs to show them my marketing tactics worked along with structuring a business that included training staff especially with increasing ticket sizes, planting future repair seeds and reducing come backs. After the results were clear we then started offering our service locally then it spread to across the US. Now myself and my team solely focus on helping auto repairs grow and I am proud to help my fellow mechanics and shop owners.
